Arcadia Legal PLLC was founded to bring the kind of sophisticated, experienced counsel on consumer protection matters that has traditionally been available only inside government agencies or the largest law firms. At the helm is Brent Lattin, an attorney with nearly two decades of experience at the highest levels of federal consumer protection enforcement and policy.
Brent served in senior roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Reserve Board, most recently as Deputy Assistant Director at the CFPB. In that capacity, he shaped regulatory policy and enforcement strategy, and built deep expertise in the full range of consumer protection issues. That institutional knowledge and strategic rigor now drive the work Arcadia Legal does for its clients.
